Seoul – Paul Hastings LLP, a leading global law firm, announced today that it has advised LG Energy Solution on its US$10.7 billion global offering and listing on the Korea Exchange. This record-setting listing is the largest IPO in South Korean capital markets to date. Morgan Stanley and KB Securities acted as the joint lead managers.

LG Energy Solution is one of the world’s leading battery manufacturers, producing batteries for electric vehicles, IT devices and energy storage systems.
