Paul Hastings (Europe) LLP advised the lender and the agent on the recapitalisation of Energy Infrastructure Partners’ (EIP) minority interest in Boralex, one of France’s largest renewables platforms, with more than one gigawatt of generation capacity across wind and solar plants.
