Paul Hastings LLP advised a group of lenders in international investment firm BC Partners’ $750 million acquisition of a majority stake in Madison Logic, a global leading Account Based Marketing platform.
Global Finance co-chair Jennifer Yount led the team, which also included partners Christopher Ross and Peter Burke, of counsel Bhavjyot Singh, and associates Billal Khan, Justin Zeizel and Chris Pantuso.
