Paul Hastings Shortlisted for Four Awards at the Asian Legal Business Korea Law Awards 2023

Paul Hastings LLP has been shortlisted for four awards at the Asian Legal Business (ALB) Korea Law Awards 2023. The firm received the following nominations:
- Dealmaker of the Year – Iksoo Kim
- Equity Market Deal of the Year – Goldman Sachs and Morgan Stanley’s Secondary Block Trade
- International Deal Firm of the Year
- M&A Deal of the Year – SD Biosensor and SJL Partners' Acquisition of Meridian Bioscience
The annual ALB Korea Law Awards recognize the exceptional performance of private practitioners and in-house counsel in Korea.
The winners will be announced at an awards ceremony in Seoul on November 10, 2023.
