New York – Paul Hastings, a leading global law firm, announced today that Finance Co-Chair Jennifer Yount was named Lawyer of the Year in the category of Banking & Finance for the 2022 Euromoney Women in Business Law Americas awards. The individual awards recognize the achievements of leading female lawyers in a variety of practice areas.

As co-chair, Yount leads a global team of finance and restructuring lawyers. Her experience focuses on private credit, specialty lenders, and banks in cross-border and U.S.-focused transactions, including acquisition financings, cash-flow, asset-based lending, distressed credit, special situations and restructurings.

All winners were announced at an event in New York City on June 9, 2022.
