Paul Hastings partner Jason Raeburn has been appointed to the prestigious position of General Editor of The Civil Court Practice (the ‘Green Book’), the indispensable authority on jurisdiction and procedure in the civil courts of England and Wales.

The Green Book, published by LexisNexis, is the essential guide to bringing, defending, and appealing civil proceedings in England and Wales, and is an essential source of reference for all practitioners in the High Court and the County Court. It provides focused, authoritative, and comprehensive coverage of the Civil Procedure Rules, complemented by commentary from eminent experts.
