Paul Hastings Advises Keensight Capital-Backed inherent on Acquisition of Systonic

Paul Hastings (Europe) advised inherent, backed by Keensight Capital, in connection with the acquisition of Systonic, a sovereign cloud specialist.

The acquisition marks inherent’s fourth transaction since the start of the year, following its acquisitions of devensys cybersecurity, Conexio Telecom and Everlink.

Private Equity partner Olivier Deren led the Paul Hastings team, which also included partner Sébastien Crepy and associates Vincent Nacinovic, Adèle Patinier and Victoire Roussel.
