Paul Hastings advised Agrokasa Holdings S.A. and its subsidiary Sociedad Agricola Drokasa S.A., together one of Peru’s largest produce exporters, in its agreement to sell 100% of their interest to agro-industrial conglomerate Grupo HAME. The financial terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
