Paul Hastings LLP advised Luxembourg company Altisource Portfolio Solutions S.A. (NASDAQ: ASPS), a provider and marketplace for the real estate and mortgage industries, in connection with its underwritten public offering of shares of its common stock. In the offering, Altisource sold an aggregate of 5,590,277 shares of its common stock (inclusive of 729,166 shares that were sold pursuant to the underwriters’ exercise of their option to purchase additional shares of Altisource’s common stock).

This marks the second successful public equity offering Paul Hastings has advised Altisource on in 2023, following the company’s initial offering in February 2023.
