Paul Hastings LLP advised the Bank of Montreal and other arrangers in connection with financing the investment by Warburg Pincus in Everise, a leading global healthcare services outsourcing company, joining existing investor Brookfield. The financing consisted of $425 million of term loans and a $90 million revolving facility.
