Paul Hastings (Europe) LLP advised global investment firm Carlyle’s Global Credit Platform in the debt financing of Clayton, Dubilier & Rice’s acquisition of the OCS Group International Limited and various subsidiaries of La Financiere Atalian.
The transaction created a leading global facilities management platform with a presence in Europe and Asia-Pacific, providing best-in-class cleaning, building maintenance, security, catering, and multi-technical services, among others.
