Paul Hastings LLP advised the lead arrangers and joint bookrunners in connection with Ashtrom Renewable Energy’s, a global independent power producer and renewable energy developer, approximately $270 million in green financing for the 400 Megawatt Tierra Bonita solar project in Texas. The transaction is one of the first project financings for a solar project in the U.S. with a solar PTC transfer agreement under the Inflation Reduction Act.
