Paul Hastings LLP advised the lenders and noteholders in connection with the latest debt issuance by the Chicago Skyway. The bank/bond transaction included the refinancing of Skyway’s existing bank debt with a new $180 million term loan facility, a $66 million capex facility, and a $50.25 million revolving loan facility, as well as the issuance of a new series of $155 million senior notes due in 2033. The Skyway is a 7.8 mile-long toll bridge opened in 1958 that that connects the Indiana Toll Road to the Dan Ryan Expressway on Chicago's South Side.
