Paul Hastings LLP advised Red Sea Global and Amaala Company in connection with each company’s negotiation of all hotel and residential agreements with Four Seasons to develop two luxury resorts and private residences at AMAALA and at The Rea Sea project, which are both located on the Red Sea in Saudi Arabia. The Four Seasons Resort at The Red Sea will feature 149 rooms and suites with uninterrupted water views, 6 restaurants and lounge outlets, meeting and events spaces, a marine discovery center, a full-service spa with a hammam, tennis courts, 3 outdoor pools with cabanas, and 2 separate beaches for families and adults, and the Four Seasons Resort and Residences AMAALA at Triple Bay will feature 220 rooms, suites and villas, as well as 26 branded residential villas, luxury spa and tranquility garden, sculptured waterfall, restaurants, event space, discovery center and kids program.    

Affiliates of the Private Investment Fund (PIF) of Saudi Arabia, Red Sea Global and Amaala Company are developing two multi-billion dollar luxury integrated hotel, resort, residential, food and beverage and entertainment mixed-use projects, including The Red Sea project, which will include approximately 50 luxury and lifestyle hotels and resorts and 1,000 private residences, and AMAALA, which will include approximately 25 ultra-luxury hotels and resorts and 900 private residences, both of which are located along the coast of the Red Sea in Saudi Arabia.
