Paul Hastings Advised Syndicate of Banks in MRV Engenharia e Participações’ R$1 Billion Primary Follow-On Offering

Paul Hastings LLP advised a syndicate of banks, including BTG Pactual, Bradesco BBI, Itaú BBA and Santander, in MRV Engenharia e Participações’ (“MRV”) primary follow-on offering. The offering raised approximately R$1.0 billion in net proceeds to MRV.
