Paul Hastings Advised the Sellers in the Sale of the Potel & Chabot Group to the Accor Group

Paul Hastings LLP advised the sellers in connection with the sale of the Potel & Chabot group (now Momense) to the Accor group. Following the transaction, the Accor group will become the sole shareholder of the Potel & Chabot group, which will be integrated into the Luxury & Lifestyle Division of the Accor group.

 Private Equity partner Sébastien Crepy led the Paul Hastings team, which also included partners Allard de Waal and Camille Paulhac; and associates Vincent Nacinovic, Juliette Hua, and Alisée Rival.
