Paul Hastings LLP advised the Bank of Montreal, Desjardins and the National Bank of Canada in connection with the provision of a $615 million bridge financing to Alpha Auto Group Holdings, one of Canada’s largest auto retailers, for their recommended all-cash offer by Global Auto Holdings Limited for the entire issued and to be issued share capital of Lookers plc, one of the leading UK integrated automotive retail and service groups, listed on the London Stock Exchange.
