Morgan Securities, and the other underwriters in connection with American Homes 4 Rent’s (NYSE: AMH) inaugural public offering of $600 million aggregate principal amount of 5.500% Senior Notes due 2034. This offering represents AMH’s first green bond issuance and underscores the company’s focus on energy efficient and sustainable construction practices. AMH intends to allocate the net proceeds from the offering to finance and/or refinance, in whole or in part, new or existing eligible green projects. AMH is a leading large-scale integrated real estate investment trust (REIT) that owns, operates, and develops single-family rental homes.
