Paris - Paul Hastings (Europe) LLP advised Valiantys Group, with the support of Keensight Capital, in several external growth transactions, including the acquisitions of Expium LLC and the Atlassian services business of Addteq Inc. in the United States, as well as the acquisition of the Atlassian consulting services of kreuzwerker in Germany.
