Paul Hastings LLP represented Wells Fargo Bank, N.A., as ABL agent in connection with a split-lien asset-based and term loan financing for Skullcandy, Inc., which is backed by private equity sponsor Mill Road Capital.  Skullycandy is a consumer goods manufacturing company that produces earbuds, headphones, and gaming products.  Proceeds from the financing were used to refinance existing debt and provide liquidity for key strategic initiatives.
