Paul Hastings LLP advised a syndicate of direct lenders in the financing of leading software investment firm Thoma Bravo LP’s $8 billion all-cash acquisition of Coupa Software. With the completion of the transaction, Coupa, a cloud-based supply chain, finance, and procurement platform, will become a privately held company. The transaction closed on February 28, 2023.
