Paul Hastings Advises AES España on $500 Million Senior Notes Offering

Paul Hastings LLP advised AES España B.V., a private limited liability company and a subsidiary of the AES Corporation, as issuer, in connection with the issuance of $500 million aggregate principal amount of its 7.750% senior notes due 2033, guaranteed by Dominican Power Partners and AES Andres DR.
