Paul Hastings Advises Agents in American Healthcare REIT’s $1 Billion ATM Program

Paul Hastings LLP advised the agents and their respective affiliates, including BofA Securities, Inc., Barclays Capital Inc., Citigroup Global Markets Inc., Citizens JMP Securities, LLC, Credit Agricole Securities (USA) Inc., Fifth Third Securities, Inc., KeyBanc Capital Markets Inc., Morgan Stanley & Co. LLC, RBC Capital Markets, LLC, Regions Securities LLC and Truist Securities, Inc., in connection with the implementation of a $1 billion ATM program of American Healthcare REIT, Inc. (NYSE:AHR). The program, which includes a forward component, was established on August 8, 2025.
