Paul Hastings Advises Agents on American Healthcare REIT’s $1.75 Billion ATM Program

Paul Hastings LLP advised the agents and their respective affiliates, including BofA Securities, Barclays Capital, Citigroup Global Markets, Citizens JMP Securities, Credit Agricole Securities (USA), Fifth Third Securities, KeyBanc Capital Markets, Morgan Stanley & Co., RBC Capital Markets, Regions Securities and Truist Securities, in connection with the implementation of American Healthcare REIT’s (NYSE:AHR) $1.75 billion ATM program. The program, which includes a forward component, was established on Feb. 27, 2026.
