Paul Hastings LLP advised Arctic Wolf, a global leader in security operations, on its acquisition of Sevco Security, an innovator in exposure assessment platforms. The acquisition will enable the integration of Sevco’s cloud-native technology on the Arctic Wolf Aurora Platform, unifying asset intelligence, vulnerability context and security control coverage to help organizations continuously identify and prioritize exposures across hybrid environments.
