Paul Hastings Advises Arini on £186 Million Refinancing Capital Solution for Goldman Sachs-Backed Riverstone Living

Paul Hastings (Europe) LLP advised Arini, an alternative credit manager with $10 billion in assets under management, on the successful arrangement of a £186 million refinancing package for the Goldman Sachs-backed high-end U.K. retirement living owner and developer Riverstone Living, for its 190-apartment scheme at Royal Warwick Square in Kensington, London.

Real Estate Finance partners Miles Flynn and Rehan Hanif led the Paul Hastings team, which also included associate Emmanuel (Manny) Wiafe and senior paralegal Angela Morgan. The team advised on all aspects of the transaction, including the initial structuring, term sheet negotiations, finance documents, real estate due diligence and closing.
