Paul Hastings Advises CABEI on Its Inaugural Issuance of ₫393 Billion (VND) Notes

Paul Hastings LLP advised Central American Bank for Economic Integration (CABEI) on its issuance of ₫393 billion (VND) of 7.25% notes due 2030 under its Medium Term Note program. The bonds are denominated in Vietnamese Dong and payable in U.S. dollars.
Securities and Capital Markets partner Grissel Mercado and of counsel Maria Larsen led the Paul Hastings team, which also included associates Monaliza da Silva and Agustina Guazzaroni.
