Paul Hastings Advises Charles Schwab on the Launch of Schwab Crypto

Paul Hastings LLP advised Charles Schwab on the development of Schwab Crypto, a spot crypto trading product that will provide direct access to bitcoin and ethereum trading, as well as educational content and experienced professional support. Schwab has partnered with Paxos, a leading OCC-regulated blockchain infrastructure provider, to deliver sub-custody and trade execution services.
Global Fintech Group co-chair Chris Daniel and of counsel Heena Merchant led the Paul Hastings team, which included partners Meagan Griffin and Kathy Bell and associate James Pesavento.
