Paul Hastings Advises Crestline Investors in $225 Million Debt Financing for The Nordam Group

Paul Hastings LLP advised Crestline Investors, Inc. as lead lender and Crestline Direct Finance, L.P. as the administrative and collateral agent in connection with the extension of a new $225 million private credit term loan due 2031 for The Nordam Group LLC, one of the largest independently owned aerospace companies.
