Paul Hastings Advises Cribl on Its Acquisition of CardinalOps

Paul Hastings LLP advised Cribl, the AI platform for Telemetry, on its acquisition of CardinalOps, an agentic detection engineering solution. The acquisition adds detection engineering capabilities that help customers improve threat coverage, lower data costs and strengthen their security operations centers.

M&A partner Ian Engstrand led the Paul Hastings team, which included partner David Ambler, of counsel Claudia Torres and associate Harriet Bryant.
