Paul Hastings Advises Cribl on Its Acquisition of Radiant Security’s Technology Assets

Paul Hastings LLP advised Cribl, an AI platform for telemetry, on its acquisition of the technology assets from Radiant Security. This is Cribl's second security technology acquisition this year, following its acquisition of CardinalOps in July, on which Paul Hastings also advised.

M&A partner Ian Engstrand led the Paul Hastings team, which included partner David Ambler, of counsel Jarrett Burks and associate Harriet Bryant.
