Paul Hastings Advises Crossover Markets on Its $31 Million Series B Funding Led by Tradeweb

Paul Hastings LLP advised institutional digital asset trading technology firm Crossover Markets on its $31 million Series B financing round. The round values Crossover at $200 million and was led by Tradeweb Markets (Nasdaq: TW), a global leader in electronic trading across asset classes.
Private Equity partner Ryan LaForce led the Paul Hastings team, which also included associates Matthew Schob and Seung Jin Lee.
