Paul Hastings Advises Financing Sources on KPS Capital’s Carve-Out Acquisition of Alta Performance Materials

Paul Hastings LLP advised the financing sources in KPS Capital Partners’ carve-out acquisition of INEOS Composites from INEOS Enterprises Holdings II Ltd., creating a new stand-alone company under KPS' ownership called Alta Performance Materials. Alta is a leading global manufacturer of unsaturated polyester resins, vinyl ester resins and gelcoats used in the production of plastic composites for a wide range of applications across large global end-markets.
