Paul Hastings Advises Future French Champions in Its Acquisition of Minority Stake in Ion Beam Services

Paul Hastings LLP advised Future French Champions in its acquisition of a minority stake in Ion Beam Services (IBS), a provider of services and equipment for the semiconductor industry.

Future French Champions is a partnership between Qatar Investment Authority and bpifrance. IBS specializes in innovative ion implantation solutions and operates primarily from France, the United Kingdom and Singapore.

Corporate partner Sébastien Crepy led the Paul Hastings team, which also included partners Charles Filleux Pommerol and Camille Paulhac, of counsel Camille Pons, and associates Vincent Nacinovic and Adèle Patinier.
