Paul Hastings Advises Highwoods Properties on Its $350 Million Notes Offering

Paul Hastings LLP advised Highwoods Properties (NYSE: HIW) on its $350 million offering of 5.350% unsecured notes through its operating partnership, Highwoods Realty Limited Partnership. The notes are due Jan. 15, 2033, and were priced to yield 5.431%. The offering closed on Nov. 14, 2025.
Partner Kerry Johnson led the Paul Hastings team, which included partner Chris Mangin and associates Kimberly McKenzie, Mary Day Royston and Nicole Wong.
