Paul Hastings Advises Initial Purchasers in Carpenter Technology’s $700 Million Private Notes Offering

Paul Hastings LLP advised the initial purchasers in Carpenter Technology’s (NYSE: CRS) private offering of $700 million aggregate principal amount of 5.625% senior notes due 2034. The offering closed on Nov. 20, 2025.
