Paul Hastings Advises Initial Purchasers in LandBridge’s $500 Million Offering of Senior Notes

Paul Hastings LLP advised the initial purchasers in connection with LandBridge Company LLC’s (NYSE: LB) offering of $500 million aggregate principal amount of 6.250% senior notes due 2030.
