Paul Hastings Advises Initial Purchasers in Tenet Healthcare’s $1.5 Billion Offering of Senior Notes

Paul Hastings LLP advised the initial purchasers in connection with Tenet Healthcare Corporation’s (NYSE: THC) offering of $1.5 billion aggregated principal amount of 5.500% senior secured notes due 2032 and $750 million aggregate principal amount of 6.000% senior notes due 2033.
