Paul Hastings Advises Initial Purchasers in WaterBridge’s $1.425 Billion Offering of Senior Notes

Paul Hastings LLP advised the initial purchasers in connection with the offering of $825 million aggregate principal amount of 6.25% senior unsecured notes due 2030 and $600 million aggregate principal amount of 6.50% senior unsecured notes due 2033 by WaterBridge Infrastructure LLC (NYSE: WBI), an integrated, pure-play water infrastructure company with operations predominantly in the Delaware Basin.
