Paul Hastings Advises Initial Purchasers on Volcan Compañía Minera’s $220 Million Senior Notes Offering

Paul Hastings LLP advised the initial purchasers on the reopening of Volcan Compañía Minera S.A.A.’s senior secured notes due 2032 for an additional $220 million in principal amount.
