Paul Hastings Advises Iroko on Acquisition of Hotel Roomers Frankfurt Central

Paul Hastings (Europe) LLP advised France-based real estate investment fund SCPI Iroko Zen in connection with its acquisition of the landmark Hotel Roomers Frankfurt Central, Autograph Collection, in Frankfurt, Germany, from DEMIRE.

The hotel offers 116 rooms, a restaurant, a bar and conference rooms and is located near Frankfurt's main railway station. The hotel will continue to operate under the Roomers brand.

The transaction underscores Paul Hastings’ extensive experience advising international clients on complex transactions in the hospitality sector and strengthens the firm’s position as a leading adviser in this field.
