Paul Hastings Advises ITT on $1.17 Billion Common Stock Offering

Paul Hastings LLP advised ITT Inc. (NYSE: ITT), a leading provider of highly engineered critical components and manufacturer of innovative technologies, on its approximately $1.17 billion underwritten public offering of 7,000,000 shares of its common stock. The offering is expected to close on Dec. 10, 2025, subject to customary closing conditions.
The firm previously advised ITT on the signing of a definitive agreement to acquire SPX FLOW for $4.775 billion in cash and equity.
Securities and Capital Markets co-chair Colin Diamond led the Paul Hastings team, which included partner Chris Centrich, of counsel Shai Marshall and associates Shawn Kim, Michelle Sidle and Allison McFall.
