Paul Hastings Advises Jadian Capital and Jadian IOS on $226 Million Financing by Blackstone for Industrial Outdoor Storage Portfolio

Paul Hastings LLP advised Jadian Capital and Jadian IOS in connection with the $226 million financing by Blackstone for a national industrial outdoor storage portfolio. The portfolio includes 46 properties totaling 212 acres across 15 states, with approximately 80% of the acreage concentrated in the U.S. Sunbelt.
