Paul Hastings advises KanAm Grund Group in acquisition of Lambda Property

Frankfurt— Paul Hastings LLP, a leading global law firm, has advised KanAm Grund Group in connection with its acquisition of a logistics property by way of an asset deal.
KanAm Grund Group has acquired the property "Lambda" for its open-ended real estate fund LEADING CITIES INVEST. The tenant of the Core Plus property in Hartmannsdorf, which is under a long-term lease, is the well-established company Diamant Fahrradwerke GmbH. The company is currently owned by the U.S. bicycle manufacturer Trek Bicycle Corporation. Due to its geographical location near Chemnitz and its type of use "light industrial", the property contributes to the further diversification of the public fund's portfolio. The parties agreed not to disclose the purchase price.
