Paul Hastings Advises Morgan Stanley in Compass’ $10 Billion Combination With Anywhere Real Estate

Paul Hastings LLP advised Morgan Stanley & Co. LLC, serving as exclusive financial advisor to Compass Inc. (NYSE: COMP), in connection with Compass’ combination with Anywhere Real Estate Inc. (NYSE: HOUS) in an all-stock transaction, creating a combined company with an expected enterprise value of approximately $10 billion. The firm also advised Morgan Stanley in a $750 million financing commitment for Compass through Morgan Stanley Senior Funding Inc.
The transaction is expected to close in the second half of 2026, subject to customary closing conditions.
