Paul Hastings Advises OneMain Finance and Affiliates on Side-by-Side 144A/Reg S Securitizations

Paul Hastings LLP advised OneMain Finance Corporation and its affiliates in connection with two side-by-side 144A/Reg S securitizations. The securitizations comprise four classes of notes issued by OneMain Financial Issuance Trust 2026-2 with an aggregate initial principal balance of $700 million and a two-year revolving period, as well as four classes of notes issued by OneMain Financial Issuance Trust 2026-3 with an aggregate initial principal balance of $1.0 billion and a five-year revolving period.
