Paul Hastings Advises PAREF Gestion on Acquisition of Retail Portfolio in Germany

Paul Hastings (Europe) LLP advised PAREF Gestion on the acquisition of two retail properties in Germany on behalf of SCPI PAREF Prima. Located in North Rhine-Westphalia, the properties are under long-term lease agreements with Handelshof.

SCPI PAREF Prima is a French real estate fund with a portfolio consisting of commercial properties in the essential retail and convenience sector — including supermarkets, food stores, DIY stores and drugstores — in Germany and across Europe.

The Paul Hastings team consisted of Frankfurt Real Estate partner Dr. Jan Gernoth, Tax advisor Uwe Halbig and Real Estate associate Dr. Johanna Mayer-Ismail.
