Paul Hastings Advises SilverBox Corp V on Its $276 Million IPO

Paul Hastings LLP advised SilverBox Corp V (NYSE: SBXE.U) on its upsized $276 million initial public offering of 27,600,000 units, including the option to purchase additional units, which was exercised in full. The offering closed on Dec. 4, 2025.
The firm previously advised SilverBox Corp IV on its IPO in September 2024.
Partner Jonathan Ko led the Paul Hastings team, which included associates Jiajun Lu and Joshua Rebollozo.
