Paul Hastings Advises Staatsolie Maatschappij Suriname N.V. on US$1.6 Billion Financing

Paul Hastings LLP advised Staatsolie Maatschappij Suriname N.V., a state-owned integrated energy company of the Republic of Suriname, in connection with its US$1.6 billion financing to fund (among other things) its 20% interest in the development of the first commercial offshore oil field in Suriname.
