Paul Hastings Advises STG on CAI Software’s Acquisition of PlanetTogether

Paul Hastings LLP advised STG Partners and CAI Software, a global provider of industry-specific software solutions for manufacturing organizations, in connection with CAI’s acquisition of PlanetTogether, a leading provider of Advanced Planning and Scheduling (APS) software for process and discrete manufacturers.
